She can now:
- sit up on her own
- says "da da" over and over
- she weighs 16.5 LBs
- is making a crazy "bird like" noise, I really don't know what to call it, but it's pretty funny to listen to

Yummy Sweet Potatoes
Violet turned 6 months old last Saturday. She seems to be growing and learning something new every single day. We just picked up this high chair from IKEA this week, it's the perfect size for her (and our house!) I think she really likes her new chair!

I love sweet potatoes too Violet even though I didn't know what they were until I came to USA.They are so good baked you will find that out later I am sure. The new high chair is a big new step for you big girl now you can throw food around just like your Mummy used too ha ha. I love you.Nana.
